Newhouse Barton has a host of on site facilities for both adults and children alike. You can relax while the children enjoy the outdoor equipment with a glass of your favourite tipple on the benches and picnic tables available and enjoy the late evening sunshine and beautiful views over the South Hams.
There are many things to see and do just a short drive away. It is an ideal spot for families and couples. Nearby Totnes is known for its arts, crafts, markets and bohemian lifestyle and Torquay offers a beautiful promenade, seafront gardens, harbour, international marina, beaches and an abundance of pubs and restaurants.
Visit Dartmouth with its busy harbour, castle, shops and galleries or Teignmouth, an attractive seaside town with a promenade, beach and pier. Also, nearby are Paignton known for its excellent Zoo, and the Cathedral City of Exeter. Amongst the many family attractions are Cockington Country Park, Crealy Adventure Park, Woodlands Adventure Park and the famous Dartmouth and South Devon heritage steam railways. Dartmoor National Park is a short drive away, both horse riding and walking across the stunning landscapes are popular.

Our indoor games room is ideal for entertaining the children come rain or shine. It boasts a pool table (small charge), table tennis table, table football as well as other children's toys.

On site car park for multiple vehicles. New in 2021 dual electrical car charging point available for all guests vehicles.
